sth.wrong in my Epson r265

hi,all,I need help.
my new Epson R265. Followed instructions but it will not work. The green (on) light keeps flashing whilst the red ink light is permanently on, this fault option is not shown in the manual. Any idea's?

What are you trying to do?
What instructions are you following?
Are you trying to do something like installing a CIS or 3rd party cartridges?
