I gave up on a CIS for my i9900. I got mine working, printed 3 8x10 photos then got a print head error. Prior to this, the tubing would keep getting caught on one thing or another and sometimes jammed the head. I knew this couldn't be good. I never did get the tubing situated in a way that was satisfactory. I removed all of the cartridges, purged them with water and put the regular cartridges back in with a new print head. Thank goodness the new print head solved the problem, I was afraid I had ruined something else. Anyway, if anyone here has a working CIS on an i9900, I'd like to know the details. Good luck!!
