Ink Republic still has its own set of instructions but it's recently come to light that four additional steps (2 sets of two) have been missed out.

... the horizontal slots (one on each side(rear)) have tabs that need to be released by pushing a thin flat blade into the slot whilst lifting slightly.

Underneath there are an additional two notches, far left and right, that you need to use a thin flat screwdriver in to release two hooks.

These instructions still miss the same release point as InkRepublic (ie: front tabs)... but as always extra images can't hurt.
