Does the Epson R200 and the Epson RX620 have the same chip. In other words, can I use a CIS made for the Epson R200 in my Epson AIO RX620?

Off the top of my head I honestly couldn't tell you... The best way to be sure would be to check if the cartridges are the same for the R200 as they are for the RX620.. If the answer's no, then check the R220 and see if they match..

The Epson.co.uk website has the relevant references to cartridges so it shouldn't take you too long to figure out what's what..

Oh and word of caution.. check ALL the cartridges match as the R220 I think had one cart different or something...

Hope that helps.. Smile

The cart seem the same, but the Epson RX620 is not listed when I see CIS for the Epson R200.

In that case it'd probably do the job but you need to be aware that fitting a CIS in a multifunctional is a whole other order of "hell" although to be fair I've had a lot more problems with Canon MFP's compared to the Epsons contributions.

The tricky part is sorting any tubing clips and supporting brackets without lifting the lid up (or at least not too much)..
