Hi all,

How do fix deskjet 1220c.
It will jammed always when print using thicker (photo paper) paper from main tray.

please if someone how to solve this problem. I have try to clean the roller by open the the rear panel..

Hi.

When you say jammed, do you mean that it picks up more than one sheet at a time or it picks up one sheet and cannot pass it all the way through.

I have the same printer (HP 1220C) and when I print my business cards (they are thicker paper). The printer will pick up only one sheet but it cannot pass it all the way through. I did discover a work around for this problem. I cut off the margin area from the top of the business card sheet and tape a standard sheet of paper to it so that the standard sheet sticks up that 1/2inch I cut off and like magic it pulls it right through. Hope this helps.

What is it you are trying to print?

Also if I could ask do you have a CIS (continuous ink system) on that 1220C?
