#1: Reliable CISS system for a Multifunction Printer Author: innerspace, Posted: Mon Mar 02, 2009 9:20 am — I am looking to buy a new multifunction printer (Print, scan, fax, docu feed) and will want a CISS system to keep the running costs down.
Being based in Thailand the selection of printers available is limited but some available models are listed below.
Brother MFC 290c
Brother MFC 250c
Brother 465CN
Epson TX300F
HP J4660
HP 5610
Does anyone have any experience using any of these printers, especially with a CISS system?
I have had bad experiences with Canon CISS and am reluctant to try them again.
Had very bad experiences with HP in a networked environment (host and client PC locking up) so don't want to try that again unless those issues have been sorted.
