#1: help Author: denisedn6, Posted: Mon Apr 27, 2015 4:54 pm — Hi I am new to this site and was wondering if anyone could suggest who I could contact in Doncaster area to visit install my CISS.
We have attempted to install but get orange flashing light which I am told indicates a paper jam or print head. printer will not work, however if we re-install original cartridges the light goes off and printer will work.
the code is C000. printer is Canon IX 6850.
I have asked at local PC but they were not interested in the job.
