What we'll do is identify someone willing and able to test your product(s) and then write an independent review. This ensures that the review is as impartial as possible and not just someone linked to your company.
Reviewers will be picked on the following basis:
- Based on their involvement, experience, and demonstrable knowledge here and/or on other forums.
- Reviewers obviously need to have the appropriate printer, experience to use the item(s) to be reviewed.
- We'll look for people with open minds, good writing skills and a willingness to share their views.
- Honesty
- Volunteers are welcome but will only be chosen if they meet the other criteria.
By requesting a review a company automatically accepts the review (positive or negative). We will obviously accept responses from the company to any issues raised by the reviewer and follow-up review requests will be considered.
Note:
Formal reviews are not the only source of feedback and information on products. Actual customers and users will be able to record their own experiences with the products they use, so reviews should not be considered the only opinion. Nor will a good review necessarily counter any negative feedback received. The key to maintaining a positive reputation is a good product (reliability, suitability,etc..) and excellent business practices (communication, support, etc..).
Important: ContinuousInk.info is independent and will not accept any donations of equipment. To ensure this is also valid for reviewers we insist that on completion of a review the reviewer will either:
- return the item to the company it was recieved from at the expense of the company
...OR...
- pay a minimum of 50% of the items normal cost if they wish to keep using it.
Any reward for reviewing a product will be received (if at all) direct from ContinuousInk.info, not the source company.
